Vision and Ethics

In the academic world, faculty members and senior administrators have discussed how to move the ladder in terms of teaching, research and innovations; Or in other words how to make their institutions jealous of the country or the world. Also, in the midst of the serious debate, it is also a feeling that cherishing the main stakeholders is probably the key to a successful institution.

This time, let me talk about two stakeholders - the important role of the alumni and the industry, both of which have to be aggressive and firmly demanded. Organizations such as  Industek Industrial Traning Institute are quite aware of the underlying and potential strength of their alumni. Industek understands and accepts that alumni is probably the biggest stakeholder, with other things, provides consistency and possibilities for better development. If alumni are seen as an important component of an educational institution and much demand is made, then it is not without mandatory reasons. In more ways than one, it is an alumnus who speaks about the track record and strength of a track which in turn opens the door for better quality infrastructure, placement opportunities for future generations and entrepreneurship.

In India, for some reason, the partnership between industry and academic institutions has not been up to the extent on which it should be; But an incident that is being improved gradually. This is two types of roads and the win-win situation for dynamic support and cooperation brings new ideas and energy. Internships and project funding are mutually beneficial for the institution and industry. For example, due to our student diversity, access to high-grade facilities, research laboratory and more importantly using our capacity for innovation, the industry will have a great advantage in making close arrangements with Industek.

We are very keen to form long-term development strategy for Industek'Iets, which will have two main pillars of alumni and industry, which can benefit all stakeholders with students, parents, management and the most important society.
